Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. The role supports the General Manager and drives performance across service, operations and financial results.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, utilizing AES systems, and enforcing cash and inventory controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
• Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
