Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the team in delivering a positive guest experience and uphold high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. Your role will involve guiding the crew, coaching, and ensuring consistent service across shifts.

You will drive performance using AES systems, manage cash and inventory controls, and partner with the General Manager to meet service, operations and financial goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• ServSafe certification or capability to obtain certification
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance
• Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Hire, train & coach the team
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
• Collaborate with General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, P&L, guest satisfaction
