AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a superior guest experience. You will uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards while supporting the General Manager to drive performance across operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, leadership, and hands-on management in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on service, costs, and guest satisfaction. Applicants should be ready to lead shifts and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
