Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide teams, uphold quality and safety standards, and ensure a positive guest experience. You will lead hiring, training, and coaching efforts while driving performance and guest satisfaction across daily operations.

In this role you’ll manage cash and inventory controls, monitor service levels, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit financial goals.

Qualifications

• Must be an effective leader who can coach a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong ability to manage guest service, drive results, and maintain quality standards.
• Experience with P&L and operations management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
