Qualifications

• Experience: 6 consecutive months JIB experience or 1-year supervisory experience in a restaurant/retail environment.
• Must be 18+; complete Team Leader training; ServSafe in some states.
• English required; excellent interpersonal skills; basic math concepts.
• Ability to work with diverse groups; integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members to deliver guest expectations and standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure readiness during peak times.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations; ensure safety and compliance.
• Ensure accurate orders, fast service, and high guest satisfaction.
• Enforce Jack in the Box policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Assist with onboarding and training; provide feedback to staff.
