Job summary

The role focuses on coaching, maintaining cleanliness, speed of service, and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations.
• Must be 18+ and complete Team Leader training; ServSafe certification in some states.
• Excellent English communication; able to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Jack in the Box procedures, systems and standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization (interior and exterior sections).
• Assist with order taking and cashiering during busy times.
• Coach team members on guest service, brand standards and safety policies.
• Oversee front and back of house operations and shift supervision.
