Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team in hospitality or retail is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and interact with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on dining room and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
• Model and enforce cleanliness, food safety, and safety policies.
• Assist with order taking, cashiering, and guest interactions during peak times.
• Lead by example to deliver fast, accurate service and high guest satisfaction.
