Job summary

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage busy shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months JIB experience with 100% workstation certification, or 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be 18+ and complete Team Leader training; English proficiency; ServSafe where required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team on workstation operations per JIB standards.
• Ensures guests receive exceptional service and food quality; resolves issues.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and adherence to safety policies.
• Onboards new staff and provides feedback and recognition.
