Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and complete Team Leader training; in some states ServSafe certification may be required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English; strong interpersonal skills and basic math.
• Ability to stand long shifts, operate a cash register, and monitor guest service and food safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains team members on workstation operations.
• Ensures adherence to Jack in the Box procedures, systems, and food safety standards.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and supports guest service during peak times.
• Leads by example to deliver a consistent, friendly, and efficient guest experience.
• Coordinates team coverage and ensures accurate order taking and cash handling.
