Grand Casinos is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, guide Associates, and uphold food quality and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest service. You will act as a key leader, coaching staff and supporting operational goals.

You will manage shift operations, greet guests, monitor food preparation and cleanliness, train new Associates, control labor and costs, ensure safety compliance, and communicate important information to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum one year restaurant experience or equivalent leadership experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain and maintain required food safety certifications, including ServSafe or equivalent.
• Must complete Taco John’s Certified Manager training requirements.
• If required, must pass pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.
• Must pass Non-Gaming Suitability Standards background check.
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference exercised in hiring.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts and act on behalf of management when necessary.
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Ensure consistent delivery of quality food, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, train, and support Associates in performing their assigned duties.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new Associates.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, storage, and holding procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate activities to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
• Operate cash registers and assist in all restaurant positions as needed.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure supplies are used efficiently and responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Assist in controlling labor, food costs, and operational expenses.
• Communicate important operational information to management and fellow Associates.
• Attend meetings, complete required training, and support restaurant goals and initiatives.
• Perform projects and other duties as assigned.
