Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead Associates, maintain food quality and safety, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will support leadership, coach the team, and foster a positive and efficient work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Food safety certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and lead Associates across shifts.
