Harri in Seattle, WA is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our operations. This role supports the Restaurant General Manager and management team to hit store goals through quality service, training, and efficient daily operations.

We offer both part-time and full-time permanent positions. The successful candidate will manage crew, cost controls, and program operations while ensuring excellent guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a team leader in food or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy; able to work varying schedules including holidays.
• Proficient in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities
