Qualifications

• 6 months restaurant experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to read instructions and orders on screens/receipts.
• Ability to operate cash register and perform basic math.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Shift/Team Leader training.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises restaurant hourly team members on assigned shift to ensure quality, efficiency, and guest service.
• Assists in planning and supervising completion of all tasks and ensures safety, food safety, sanitation and security procedures.
• Utilizes training tools to provide hourly team members with operation training.
• Assist management in maintaining equipment and notifying repairs to General Manager.
• Performs administrative tasks: register/safe audits, deposits, accounting, incident reporting, and guest complaints resolution.
• Attends store/market/company meetings and stays current with certifications (alcohol, food safety).
• Recommend disciplinary action for hourly team members.
• Monitors interior/exterior cleanliness and initiates clean-up as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
