Harri in the United States is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our Restaurant Operations team. This role can be part-time or full-time and will support the Restaurant General Manager in achieving store goals through operations coordination.

The successful candidate will oversee quality, crew management, cost control, and packaged program operations while adapting to varying schedules, including holidays. Authorization to work in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation program.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activity.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activity.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
