Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and supervise the team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to uphold brand standards, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Role requires flexibility for all hours, strong communication, and a proactive, safe work approach in a fast-paced environment. Location is on-site with opportunity for growth within the restaurant operations team.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with the management team to maintain standards.
• Ensures food quality, safety, and operational standards are met.
• Maintains cash, sales, and inventory accuracy; completes end of shift paperwork.
• Directs shift duties and performs administrative tasks when RM is unavailable.
