Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will coach staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure health and safety compliance while delivering guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include shift planning, paperwork, cash and inventory control, and coordinating with the RM to meet performance targets and drive profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise staff in RM absence.
• Lead and coach team members, ensure food safety and brand standards.
• Assign shifts, monitor cash, sales and inventory, and complete period paperwork.
• Maintain clean environment and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and own financial/operational metrics.
