Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will lead and coach team members to maintain brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing cash, inventory, and end-of-day paperwork, while ensuring food safety and adherence to health regulations. Availability for all hours and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Full time availability for all hours of operation, pre-opening and post-closing as required.
• Valid state Driver’s License is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Demonstrates integrity, urgency, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations and supervise team in RM absence.
• Lead and coach team members; ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.
• Manage cash, sales and inventory records; complete shift paperwork and counts.
• Support training, new product launches and health/safety compliance.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• Complete administrative duties in RM absence and communicate results.
