Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and coach the team. You will assist the Restaurant Manager and step in during absences while ensuring high guest service and adherence to brand standards.

You will lead staff across shifts, supervise opening/closing tasks, and ensure food safety and inventory controls are properly maintained. This role rewards proactive leadership with opportunities for growth within Circle K.

Qualifications

• Full-time position; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises team in RM absence.
• Leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members and partners with management to uphold standards.
• Ensures food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across shifts.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes shift-related paperwork.
