Circle K Stores Inc. in Comer, GA is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the RM. You will lead, coach, and train team members while ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

You will handle shift planning, cash and inventory accuracy, health and safety compliance, and end-of-day paperwork. The role requires flexible availability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.
• Cascades relevant information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the shift.
• Completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.
• Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
• In RM absence, completes daily, weekly and end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, and other admin duties as required.
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all laws and safety codes.
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy.
• Partners with RM and takes ownership to ensure all metrics are met, resulting in a profitable restaurant.
