Circle K is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations and to supervise the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches Team Members and partners with management to uphold Circle K standards, ensuring guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities include coaching, shift planning, food safety, and inventory control while maintaining a safe, clean environment and complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served per Brand, Company, and health department standards.
• Assigns shift duties and follows up to ensure completion.
• In RM's absence, RAM completes daily, weekly, and end-of-period paperwork and inventory counts.
