Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the manager's absence.

You will lead and coach staff, ensure quality and safety standards, and help meet financial and operational targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing shift operations, maintaining cleanliness, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with brand, company, and health regulations.

Qualifications

• Full time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Supervises the team in the RM's absence.
• Coaches and trains Restaurant Team Members.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and general housekeeping.
• Ensures food items are prepared and served to Brand, Company, and health standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records during shifts.
• Completes shift and end-of-day paperwork and reports.
• Supports RM in preparing daily, weekly, and period-end tasks.
• Upholds government health and safety codes and company policies.
