Circle K Stores Inc. seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and coach the team, ensure brand standards, and keep guests satisfied.

The RAM will uphold food safety, manage shift tasks, and support administrative duties, including cash and inventory controls, while modeling Circle K values and maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and lead.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and follows health regulations.
• Capable of handling busy, high-pressure shifts with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members.
• Assign shift duties and ensure completion.
• Direct team to meet food quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cash, sales and inventory accuracy for shifts.
• Complete end of shift paperwork and report discrepancies.
• Support RM in daily and end-of-period administrative duties.
