Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will lead, coach and assist with training to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards.

You will monitor food safety, inventory, and cash controls, while maintaining a clean, compliant, and welcoming dining environment. This full-time role requires flexibility and strong leadership within a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in RM's absence
• Lead and coach team members to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance across shifts
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records; complete shift paperwork and counts
• Coordinate training and onboarding of new team members; support implementation of campaigns
