Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and supervise staff. You will partner with the RM to maintain brand standards and guest satisfaction, while coaching team members and ensuring safe, quality service.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, overnights and weekends, with full-time hours and involvement in administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Full time availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Supervises the team in the RM's absence and coaches staff.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partner with management.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor and support training.
• Complete daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork and inventory counts as required.
