Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in Portland, OR. You will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, optimize Grubhub profiles, and drive growth by attracting diners and increasing order volume.

You’ll build strong restaurant relationships, communicate proactively, and maintain meticulous records while collaborating on training and best practices within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience working with (or selling to) restaurant owners is a major plus.
• Restaurant experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of Grubhub's products and services.
• Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely communication.
• Assist restaurants in attracting new diners and boosting order volume.
• Conduct regular check-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback.
• Respond to restaurant inquiries and route to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Proactively seek opportunities to contribute to team goals.
