The position features a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and offers competitive compensation with uncapped commissions, plus benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with HS diploma/GED.
• Strong English, with Spanish as a plus.
• 2–4 years in Sales or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurant accounts and optimize Grubhub performance.
• Maintain timely communication and address basic inquiries from clients.
• Help restaurants attract diners and boost order volume.
• Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify improvements.
• Route restaurant inquiries to appropriate departments and track follow-ups.
