Grubhub is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in Portland, OR. You will oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts, improve menu pages, and drive conversion while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales or account management, experience with restaurant owners, and fluent English. A base salary with uncapped commission is offered, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• 2–4 years in Sales or Account Management, preferably with restaurant owners.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of SMB restaurant accounts on Grubhub.
• Optimize account performance, improve menu pages and drive orders.
• Build relationships, address inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
