Job summary

Grubhub Holdings Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in the Portland, OR area. You will oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts, enhance menu pages, and drive growth by strengthening relationships with partners.

This role offers uncapped commissions with a base salary in Oregon, plus equity and benefits such as health, 401(k), and PTO. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience working with restaurant owners is a major plus.
• Native-level fluency in English is required; Mandarin or Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of SMB restaurant accounts and optimize Grubhub performance.
• Improve menu pages and drive conversion and order volume for partners.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner inquiries and issues.
