Job summary

Grubhub Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the SMB Merchant Network in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will oversee a restaurant portfolio, optimize Grubhub accounts, and boost conversion by improving menu pages and engaging partners.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales or account management, strong English communication, and comfort with CRM tools. A hybrid work model is offered with in-office collaboration required several days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience; High School/GED acceptable.
• 2–4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
• Experience selling to restaurant owners is a plus.
• Native-level English; Mandarin or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SMB restaurant accounts in the DFW area.
• Cultivate restaurant relationships and drive growth across Grubhub products.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
