Job summary

Del Taco is seeking a Shift Manager to support the store and General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor the team, train new staff, and help promote a strong, customer-focused culture in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, managing shifts, and ensuring adherence to policies while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• 1-2 years of experience in Quick Service or guest service leadership role preferred.
• Food Handlers certification may be required.
• Ability to stand and walk 95-100% of shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team to meet quality, guest service, and safety standards.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage station functions and record-keeping for staff.
• Provide training and development to restaurant team.
• Assist in staffing decisions and interviewing as needed.
