Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in quick service or guest service leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Food Handlers certification may be required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and ensure quality, guest service, safety, and cleanliness.
• Run shifts and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop restaurant staff and coach on performance.
• Make staffing recommendations and assist in interviews.
• Explain menu items to guests and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain professional appearance and support GM in operations.
