Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant environment with demonstrated ability to ensure guest satisfaction and ability to train and maintain an on-going guest service delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to be a leadership partner with management and staff, and to provide quality service to guests.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Open availability to work any shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and ensure quality, guest service, safety and cleanliness during shifts.
• Run shifts and support GM in enforcing company policies, procedures and systems.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and explain them accurately to guests.
• Record orders with POS and collect payments from guests.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and health/safety codes and company policies.
