Del Taco Shift Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll supervise and train team members, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with company standards to maintain an inviting restaurant environment.

You will help drive operational excellence, supervise food preparation and service, and mentor tomorrow’s leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years in quick service with visibility on guest satisfaction.
• Experience partnering with management and staff to deliver quality service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong follow-through.
• Motivate and lead staff to achieve goals.
• Basic business math and cash handling experience preferred.
• Proficient English communication in speaking and writing.

• Assist GM in supervising a team to meet quality, guest service, and cost targets.
• Run shifts and implement company policies and procedures.
• Know all work station functions and related paperwork.
• Supervise 1–7 team members and ensure staffing coverage.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and company standards.
• Provide leadership, training and development to staff.
