Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability and quality.

This role also supports other hourly positions as needed. Qualified candidates are energetic, dependable, and possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin's standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead and supervise peers; train and develop team members for leadership growth.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness; resolve guest concerns.
• Support other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant demand.
