Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. The role includes on-the-job training, leadership development, and acting as an ambassador of our brand standards for guest satisfaction and profit optimization.

As a leadership team member, you will supervise peers, uphold product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and may cover other hourly roles as needed to support restaurant needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
• Supervise peers with business maturity and leadership
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making abilities
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management
• Act as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization while maintaining product quality and cleanliness
