Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead a team, maintain brand standards, and optimize guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Represent the Red Robin brand and equity standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest interactions and optimize profits while maintaining product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• May also perform other hourly roles as needed and scheduled by restaurant management.
