Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise peers, ensure cleanliness and quality, and drive guest satisfaction while supporting profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and the ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication; leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical decisions.
• Basic PC literacy.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness, while maximizing profits.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin values and brand standards with guests and team.
• Provide on-the-job training and leadership growth for team members.
• Work flexibly with other hourly roles as needed.
