Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. The role acts as a brand ambassador, focusing on guest satisfaction and profitability while overseeing quality and cleanliness.

Candidates should be ready for on-the-job training and may also work in other hourly roles as needed to support restaurant needs. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure loyalty of guests and profit maximization.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness and coach team members as needed.
