Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead guest interactions, ensure quality and cleanliness, and participate in leadership growth through on-the-job training.

This role may also support other hourly duties as needed, with training and development opportunities across the team. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range, growth potential, and benefits consistent with a full-service

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred
