Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. You will train on-the-job, lead peers, and uphold brand standards to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.

Eligible for a range of benefits; candidates should be energetic, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Good oral and written communication skills; strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Basic personal computer literacy required.
• Flexibility to open, close, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Oversee guest interactions, drive profitability, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Act as an ambassador of Red Robin brand standards and values.
• May work in this role alongside other hourly positions as needed.
