Job summary

MOD Pizza in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts. You'll ensure guest experiences are outstanding and that daily tasks align with MOD's standards.

You will guide the squad, balance hands-on work with leadership, and model MOD's purpose during every shift while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient dining environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of following and coaching to standards; compassionate tone.
• Calm presence during high volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and support training for new hires.
• Ensure guest experiences are outstanding and daily tasks meet standards.
• Deploy staff appropriately and adjust deployments to keep operations smooth.
• Train newly hired/promoted staff on programs and initiatives.
• Manage cash handling and reports within the shift.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and update on communications from Slice or similar sources.
• Lead by example and deliver MOD's purpose in every interaction.
