Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Renton, WA. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and ensure guest experiences are outstanding. You will support program rollouts and uphold standards in all restaurant activities while working with the store leadership team.

As the shift leader, you will deploy staff appropriately, mentor teammates, and ensure food safety and customer service excellence. Join MOD and help deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Experience mentoring, training, or informal leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and coach staff respectfully.
• Ability to stay calm in high-volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start or as required by law.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Availability to work at least 3 shifts totaling 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts and guide training for new hires.
• Support program rollouts and uphold standards across the restaurant.
• Ensure operating systems and equipment are maintained to meet goals.
• Uphold MOD tools and food safety standards in BOH and FOH areas.
• Address squad member and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and process refunds as required.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Follow shift checklists and use tools to meet requirements on time.
