Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will model our BURGER values, drive guest satisfaction, and help maximize profits while ensuring quality and cleanliness.

There is on-the-job training for leadership growth and opportunities to perform other hourly roles as needed. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience, are 21+, and capable of flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under management.
• Serve as an ambassador of company standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest interactions and supervise tasks to maintain food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Support leadership in cash handling, safety, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Share in FOH/HOH duties and assist with food preparation and service as needed.
