Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Serve as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to guests.
• Resolve guest issues to maximize satisfaction and profits.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
