Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help run daily operations during mid and closing shifts, under the guidance of exempt management. You will model company standards, supervise peers, and ensure guest satisfaction while protecting product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

This role is a pathway to leadership growth within Red Robin, with on-the-job training and opportunities across the restaurant. Flexibility for openings, closings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-satisfaction skills.
• Basic math and point-of-sale familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest interactions and resolve issues.
• Coach and supervise team members and peers as part of the leadership team.
