Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise team members, ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and support profit goals while maintaining restaurant standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Act as brand ambassador to ensure guest satisfaction and profit maximization.
• Lead and supervise peers, maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Flexible; may work in other hourly roles as needed.
