Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an Hourly Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. As part of the leadership team, you are an ambassador of BURGER values to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization while maintaining high product quality and restaurant cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months full-service restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
