Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. This role supports the BURGER values and acts as an ambassador for brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and profits.

You may also perform other hourly duties and participate in leadership growth through on-the-job training and supervision of team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 6 months full service restaurant experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations of the restaurant during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management.
• Act as an ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Lead team members, resolve guest issues, and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Provide on-the-job training for specific management tasks and leadership growth.
• Fulfill FOH/HOH duties as needed and supervise peers to maintain standards.
