Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts, under the supervision of exempt management. You will uphold BURGER values and lead team members to deliver top-notch guest experiences while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of full-service restaurant experience, be at least 21, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
