Job summary

HMSHost in Las Vegas is seeking a Manager I to assist branch management in executing quick-service restaurant operations. You will ensure the restaurant is clean, staffed, and operates to high standards, applying company policies to daily decisions.

You will supervise associates, participate in hiring input, assign tasks, manage schedules, enforce breaks, and maintain safe, compliant operations. The role reports to GM/Operations leadership and requires flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in food & beverage, cash handling, and customer service.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or kitchen.
• Ability to read, write and understand instructions and policy documents; converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists per company policies.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within a defined unit.
• Participates in hiring input and advises on promotions/status changes.
• Assigns tasks, prepares schedules, ensures shifts are covered.
• Ensures mandated breaks and meals are taken; maintains clean, stocked display areas.
• Maintains equipment functionality and follows cash handling policies.
• Monitors wellness and safety procedures and reports concerns to GM.
• Performs Health and Safety activities as per guidelines.
• Places orders, receives goods, processes invoices, updates contact info.
